Typo Semester 2, project 1, post B: Process of a Broken Family

After taking photos of my binder clip, I scaled the images using Photoshop and saved them via names relating to the word I thought I could pair them with (image included above of that file management)

Once the inDesign file of all image/word pairings was completed (image second above), I needed to decide upon an order to continue the idea of a story about family. I wrote each word used in the pairings and then tried a few different orders (Final image above). I finally have settled upon:  Dominating, Trapped, Struggle, Escape, Empty, Gather(ed), Tension, Hold, Protect, Unity. 

A member of the family dominates the rest of the members, leaving the trapped. They struggle against the reins and escape. The first member is left alone and empty. The first member gathers the missing pieces of his family back to him. At first, the others are tense, but as the first member holds (instead of controls) them, they feel protected and at last they are whole as a singular unit. Happy family at last.
