MMEXP: 3 branding directions: Logos/logotype

We have three directions we have to persue. Our names tentatively consist of The Blind Tiger (which has a historical background relating to speakeasys), The Drinking Den (which also has speakeasy historical context) and Land Mark (since dives have been around for a while, they can be considered a landmark). Below are a few sketches for logos/logotypes for each of the three directions.

So, I am having a hard time justifying "The Blind Tiger" as our name since its not something you get right away. But we can see what Marty says as I am not opposed to using it; I think your marks for "The Blind Tiger" are the strongest out of the 3.

I have some for the "Land Mark" that I really like, so I think together we can come up with some concepts for all 3.

Also, what do you think about the name "Stumble" – I am still stuck on it just because it has a nice double meaning. Relating to bars and drinking but more significantly how people stumble upon these places as this seems to be the way they are discovered. I could work out that one as well and see what feedback we get tomorrow. Let me know what you think!

I don't think it matters too much as long as we can justify it. Maybe our home page gives some sort of background. I still like it the best.

I'm excited to see your Land Mark stuff.

Stumble is okay but I have issues with it since it's so similar to StumbledUpon. I've heard that called "stumble" too. It's super well known. *shrugs* We'll see I guess.
